You're very welcome! It sounds good to me too, but alas I'm stuck with Jack in the Box fries. I'm 20 minutes from my house, and don't have any english muffins.  cry

Well, yesterday if I weren't already married, I might have gotten a marriage proposal!  wink

Another lady and I had refreshments for church on Sunday, so I made Jell-O gigglers, Texas Sheet Cake, and turkey salad wraps (I had roasted a turkey on Saturday and made turkey salad with turkey, mayo, mustard, black pepper, onions, celery, walnuts and Craisins. Then Sunday morning, I took flour tortillas, put a piece of lettuce on the tortilla, then a gob of the turkey salad, rolled it up and secured it with a toothpick.). One of the guys (a divorced man with twin daughters my daughter's age) asked if I had made them and I said, "Yes." He said, "THESE ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!!! YOU SHOULD OPEN A RESTAURANT!!!!"

I thing that I like to do is to put Talapia, frozen veggies, a few thinly sliced potatoes on a plate and cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it all.  I have found Talapia is one of the best options to microwave a piece of fish. With the right seasonings it is like it was steamed without getting that microwave dried out taste or edges. The veggies and the potatoes get done to perfection and it only takes less than 5 minutes for it to be done.

Today, my quick lunch was egg salad sandwich.  Granted, I boiled the eggs last night, but even boiling them right at lunch wouldn't take too long.
