for those of you who happen to love pampered chef, I have a wonderful recipe for you:)

If you have a pampered chef rice cooker:
The Infamous Lava Cake

one cake mix plus ingredients from box
one can of frosting

Combine cake mix right in the RICE COOKER. Add the entire can of frosting by spoonfuls on top. DO NOT PUT THE LID ON THE RICE COOKER.  (Or you can use a Stoneware Fluted Pan instead)

Microwave on high 12 minutes. Let sit in microwave for 10 minutes to allow that frosting to soak in.

Turn out on a plate and then let cool a tad smile

NOW . . .

 combinations:

Butter/Yellow with Chocolate
Spice with Cream Cheese
Chocolate with Vanilla Frosting
Strawberry with Chocolate
Lemon with Lemon (pucker up!)

The combinations are endless, so experiment and have fun.
I was able to use the gluten free cake mix and it was YUMMY- I only had a tiny bite as It was so rich & gooey and too many calories:)

Do you reckon that would work the same way w/the PC microwave steamer?  I don't have the actual rice cooker.

I would think so ?

Don't put the lid on though- it would be very bad:)
If you have a ceramic or stonewear fluted baking dish it would work too.
