8 oz of cream cheese with greek dressing (Kraft will work, but I buy Renee's)to taste, I tend to put lots in.
Mix til smooth then spread in/on a serving dish. Layer tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion and FETA!! Also olives if you like them, I put a few on for a garnish, but don't care for black olives.
Use pita chips or tortilla chips to dip, It's so good.

I love, love, love any kind of Greek foods and especially salads.  This sounds so good.

Me, too, southerngirl.  We used to have a Greek restaurant in a mall in a nearby BIG town.  My friend & I would get the flaming feta...boy, was it good.  It hit the national news when ppl got sick and died from food poisoning and they closed down.  The problem:  moldy onions.  I miss that place.
