My son saw this on the French's mustard bottle and asked me to try it.  Use 2/3 c ranch dressing, 1/3 c mustard and 1/4 c brown sugar.  Reserve a small amount and use the rest to marinade boneless chicken (about 2 lbs I think) for at least 30 minutes.  Bake or grill as usual, basting occasionally.  Serve with the reserved sauce for dipping.  I did it at the last minute and didn't have time to marinade.  I just poured the sauce over the chicken and baked it and it was delicious.  I'm sure it would be even better if you marinade first.

I actually ended up trying this tonight. This made a lot of marinade/sauce. I only used 2 small chicken breasts and marinated it for over an hour and baked it. The chicken turned out ok. But, we do love the marinade as a dipping sauce. My word is it good. I dipped my chicken in the sauce that was left over. I really want some mozzarella sticks to dip into it but haven't caved in to buying them. Will have to avoid them in the store or I'll make them all. LOL

That sounds really different, but good.  I'll have to try it!

The easiest marinade I've ever found was Italian dressing. I use the fat free stuff.  Just put chicken in a zip lock bag with the dressing and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

I do the italian dressing thing too.  It is really good to marinate onions, zucchini, squash and other types of veggies that can be placed on a grill.  Yummy!
Lowry's has a 30-min marinade that is called Jamaican Jerk or Caribbean Jerk, can't remember the exact title, but it is a HUGE hit at our house.  I use it for all types of meats and kabobs.

We love the Italian dressing marinade.  I use it for chicken and roast beef.
