1 pkg Kielbasa or smoked turkey sausage (I use turkey)
Cabbage, chopped
1 pkg baby carrots
Onion, diced
Potatoes (I would guess around 1 lb), diced
1/2 tsp Carraway seeds
1 Bay leaf
1 can chicken broth

Slice sausage and place in large stock pot. Brown sausage then add all other ingredients, cover and cook til veggies are tender. Season with salt & pepper. I usually add a little bit of Tony Roma's Cajun Seasoning just to spice it up a bit.

Also, the measurements are what I remember right now. I'll check my recipe at home to make sure measurements are right.
