Hi, I asked to join, but have not received one email about being a member.  cry Please let me know what I need to do. I don't want to be Ryan on The Office, and always be a temp...

Don't worry; you are a member if you are writing here at all.  yes You will stop being a "temp" after you rack up enough posts. Then you will be a "new member" until you have racked up another batch of posts. I do not remember the exact numbers you need. Just participate and it will all take care of itself.  :p
