Is there any way to stop the annoying pop-ups that keep wanting me to install an addin?

Ann,

If you are using Firefox go to here is the help page on how to stop it

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Pop-up%20blocker?s=stop+popups&r=0&as=s

If it is IE, I don't use it so I don't know how on that one. Sorry.

I have IE and my pop-up blocker is activated. I thought maybe instead of an actual pop-up this might be just a notification of a pop-up being blocked, so I unchecked the box that says "show notifications" - but that did not help. Here is what it says:

"This webpage wants to run the following add-on: 'CouponPrinter.ocx' from Coupons, Inc.'"

That appears to be the only one. Maybe there is some way to get Coupons Inc. from asking to install their add-on.

Do you run Firefox? If so, do you run Adblock?

Sorry, thanks HZ. I don't use IE but wonder if there's a add on of sorts where you can tweak the ad settings.

I did go through things on the forum end, you can PM me and let me know if you have issues here.

It does not work like that. It says it blocks everything except what you put on an exceptions list. There are levels of blocking, though. I guess I will have to set it tighter.
