I always am looking for little things to add to my baking that are easy and quick.  I went to a ladies' UFO night (unfinished objects) and one woman brought these.  They were so yummy!

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel twists
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cinnamon sugar
1 lb  bag mini pretzels
4 oz chocolate chips
4 oz white chocolate (or Almond Bark)

Mix oil and cinnamon sugar in large microwavable dish. Add pretzels and toss to coat.   Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes (stirring every 30 seconds), or until oil's absorbed.  Spread on cookie sheets to air dry.   Melt both chocolate (separately) and drizzle over the top.   Store in airtight container.

Yummy!!!  chef oh yeah clap thumbs up
My son couldn't wait for them to dry and kept eating them coated with oil and cinnamon sugar. They didn't last the night after they dried and were drizzled with chocolate!

My daughter and I made these last night.  Delish!!!  I put them in the freezer for parties this weekend so I won't eat them all ahead of time!  Thanks for the recipe  smile
