This recipe was given to me by a friend.  It was given to her by a friend....and I don't know how many friends before.  I don't know where it originated, but it is the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had!  My friend's, friend is the one who name is Liquid Brownies.

25.6 oz box of powdered milk
16 oz jar non dairy powdered creamer
1 box chocolate powdered sugar (I can't always find this in my stores, so I use regular powdered sugar + an extra 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa.)
26 oz hot chocolate mix (I've used Rich Chocolate and Milk Chocolate.  They're both delicious!)
8 oz French Vanilla powdered creamer
1/3 Cup plain Hershey's cocoa.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large container.  (I used my huge, 32 cup, Tupperware Thatsa Bowl)  I mix it as well as I can with a big spoon, then I put the lid on, making sure it's ON, and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE.....till my arms get tired.  Then I figure it's well mixed.

Use 1/3 Cup mix for each serving.  Or more, or less....just use as much as you like!  I also like to add a couple drops of mint extract to my cup!  SO GOOD!

I've made this with all brand name ingredients and with generic.  It makes no difference, so I go with generic now.  It is pricey, but it will last a family of 4 an entire winter.  And it makes great Christmas gifts.  I put it into ziplok baggies and then put that into a nice Christmas print paper bag.  Fold over the top, punch a couple holes and tie with ribbon.  Then I attach the recipe with a ribbon as well.

I'm sure all of you creative ladies can come up with some even better ideas for sharing!  Hope you like it!

This is an annual recipe for us now.  I guess I need to figure out how many WW points are in in.   Contemplating  It is WORTH spending points on!!

Also, Nina - your Oreo cookie balls (or whatever they're called).  I get requests for them at Christmas now from people I gave them to.  The recipe on in the site probably from 2009.

Hmmm, if I could figure out how many servings it made my software program could figure out calories, etc.  I guess I'll have to make it again & manually do 1/3 cup measurements until I get to the bottom.

That's how I'd do it.  I make it in a 32 cup tupperware bowl and fills it to within an inch or two of the top.  You could guestimate, unless you want to be exact.  32x3=96 1/3 cup servings.  I tend to use a little more than 1/3 of a cup though.  I LIKE my CHOCOLATE!!!

Me too.  I may make it tomorrow on our day off.  It is only 16 deg. F. here.  It is a gray day outside & is snowing those little flakes.  I'm staying inside & having toasted cheese sandwiches & tomato soup for supper.  I'm NOT going out again if I can help it.  Just got a bunch of gifts put under the tree, so it doesn't look naked.
