Cole Slaw

1 bag cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrot)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 can (tuna can size) crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in large bowl and blend thoroughly. Add cole slaw mix (and drained pineapple if desired) and toss to coat. Chill and serve.

I'll have to post the pepper slaw recipe later...I can't remember that one off the top of my head.

I tried the easiest coleslaw recipe this summer and ended up really liking it:

Ranch Slaw
1 bag broccoli slaw
1/2 c. ranch dressing
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Can't get any simpler than that and almost everyone likes ranch dressing.

You haven't met my husband. He doesn't like ANY salad dressing. He eats "naked salad".  blush

My daughter refuses to eat any condiments of any kind.  I always ask her how she chokes down her food.
