i just had a piece of President's Choice  Dulce de Leche Banana Cream pie with graham cracker crust.  Oh so good!! and I don't really like banana cream pie! The Dulce de Leche is under the banana cream and there is lots of it!
Sorry my American friends, it's a Canadian grocery store brand, but if you're ever in a Canadian grocery store, buy some Presiden'ts Choice brands, most everything is awesome. Not every grocery store carries it though.

Canuck is a slang term for a Canadian, like Yankee is for an American. Or Yank as my British grandfather used to say.  In looking it up there are a few ideas on where it came from it could even be another thing to blame Benedict Arnold for. There is a theory that his troops picked this up as they laid siege to Quebec in the winter of 1776. It could also come from a WWI comic book called "Johnny Canuck" a Canadian soldier in the war. What can I say I am an ex-librarian I love to look up information, sorry if this is too much info. Anyways if you ever get north of the border try some President's Choice products they are good.
