1 white cake mix - make & normal & bake

1-14 oz can cream of coconut (in the alcolic beverage area-apparently it’s used for mixed drinks)
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

16 oz whipped cream
1-8 oz. package flaked coconut (sweetened)

1.  While still hot, poke holes all over the top with one of those 2 prong meat forks.
2.  Mix cream of coconut & sweetened condensed milk.  Pour over the top of the still hot cake.  Let cool completely, then frost with whipping cream.  Top cake with flaked coconut.

This is a great summer dessert because it’s not heavy.
