This is directly from our new Women of Providence cookbook. We ordered 550 and sold all of them within 1 month.

Angel bisbuits
5 c flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sod
1 tsp salt
1 c veg oil
2 pkgs dry yeast
2 T warm water
2 c butter milk
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to buttermilk and oil. Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. At this point, you can put the mixture in a tightly covered bowl and refrigerate or you can pinch off a portion and roll it out and cut with biscuit cutter. Put on a greased baking sheet. Let rise for about 30 to 40 minutes and bake at 350 or until brown. I like that you can store in frig and bake as needed. The recipe actually says do not let rise but I find that we like them better if they have risen a bit otherwise they won't rise much.
