This one is for Kathy Jang

2 pkgs of cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
a little milk for mixing
1 lb ground beef stir fried with Taco seasoning and drained.
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix cornbread mix, corn, eggs and milk. spray your iron skillet (large one) with oil, pour 1/2 cornbread mixure in skillet, top with Taco beef, top that with cheese and then rest of cornbread mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until nice and brown on top and firm to touch. Serve with pinto beans and maybe a salad. This is a good old Southern dish. Hope you like it.
